Each SERC Region member who is registered as one or more of the following functions, Reliability Coordinator, Balancing Authority, Transmission Operator, or Generator Operator, and is responsible for Control Center operations, is entitled to one representative and one alternate on the SOWG. Representatives and alternates cannot be marketing function employees as defined by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations and the FERC Standards of Conduct, and must be signatories to the SERC Confidential Information Policy.
