Each SERC Region member registered as one or more of the following functions, Planning Coordinator, Transmission Planner, Generator Owner, Transmission Owner, Reliability Coordinator, or Balancing Authority is entitled to one representative and one alternate on the Variable Energy Resources Working Group. Members cannot be marketing function employees as defined by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations and the FERC Standards of Conduct, and must be signatories to the SERC confidentiality agreement. Each member must be registered as one or more of the following functions – Planning Coordinator, Transmission Planner, Generator Owner, Transmission Owner, Reliability Coordinator, or Balancing Authority.
